Mia Berg's work explores the relationship between the human and the natural environment, responding to increasing urban migration, industrialization of the landscape, and the excessive encroachment of digital media into daily life.  She challenges traditional belief systems regarding the body by embracing humanity's inherent connection to one other, the earth and our animal experience.  Berg received a BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design and shares her time between East Hampton and Red Hook, Brooklyn.
